Si-Anne in the spotlight with second single “Celebrity (We Just Don’t Care)”

Si-Anne, a 5-pieced band, was created after lead singer, song writer Si-Anne won a place in the Top 30 of Idols South Africa in 2010 and is managed by High Definition Management SA, and Sarotoga Entertainment in the UK and Europe.

Si-Anne’s debut album is entitled Rockstar and Celebrity (We Just Don’t Care) is the second single from the album.

“The chorus describes a modern-day celebrity dolled up to the nines, in the latest fashion, surrounded by top designers, showing off her Prada high heels and mesmerizing lush red lips,” said Si-Anne, “Hollywood exploits her in the spotlight whilst killing her soul in the process of making her famous.”

Si-Anne’s first single Tonight has been play listed on 11 national radio stations and is also play listed on a number of UK radio stations. Si-Anne featured as Artist of the Month in the UK’s New Beats Magazine. Si-Anne’s sound is a blend of pop/ rock and ska.
